Thank you for scheduling your tour of The Ivey House!
We are excited to show you around. When you arrive, we will meet you on the front porch of the house (or just inside the front door!)
A few things we like to share with folks to make tours as successful as possible:
- If you find that you are unable to make your scheduled tour, please let us know as soon as possible. You may text or call us at 865-742-5880.
- Please invite anyone to the tour who needs to see the venue in person
before you feel comfortable signing a contract. Instead of private second tours, we ask that folks attend one of our monthly open houses, so it’s ideal to bring them along to the first tour instead of waiting for an open house if possible. - Just a reminder – we do not hold dates without a contract. So it is possible that your preferred date may be booked prior to our tour. We would encourage you to check and make sure we have some dates still available that you are interested in prior to your tour.
- If we are just wrapping up another tour, please feel free to make yourself at home and have a look around.
We know there are many amazing venues in East Tennessee, so we greatly appreciate you taking the time to tour The Ivey House.
